1. Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds apply only to all physical items purchased directly from Grovixa Enterprises.
- Items must be returned within 5 days of the original purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Food consumed
- Gift cards/products
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Worn, altered, or damaged items (unless the damage occurred prior to receipt and was reported immediately).
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at grkramya.001@gmail.com within the 5-day return period to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Carefully package your item(s) for return, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at grkramya.001@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
7. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
